Job Description

Machine operation and maintenance:

Operate specialized machinery and equipment in the coronary stent production line.
Ensure machinery operates stably, efficiently and safely.
Product quality control:
- Proficiently use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, microscopes, etc.) to check and evaluate product quality according to prescribed standards.
- Detect and eliminate substandard products.
- Accurately record quality control results.
Carry out the production process:
- Follow the correct production process to ensure products are manufactured to specifications.
- Monitor and adjust technical parameters during production.
- Ensure production output according to plan.
Troubleshooting:
- Detect and troubleshoot technical problems during production.
- Report serious incidents promptly to superiors.
Compliance:
- Strictly comply with regulations on labor safety, clean room and other regulations of the company.
- Keep work area clean.
- Record and report work completely and accurately.
Teamwork and innovation:
- Work effectively with colleagues and relevant departments.
- Contribute ideas to improve production processes and work processes.
