Job Description
- Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce stores (Tiktok, Shopee, Lazada,...)
- Manage and update products on the floor booth. Manage sales channels, prices, and profits of product groups;
- Research keywords & build product description content on e-commerce according to SEO standards (search engine optimization) to help customers search easily.
- Check images and content to change to suit the booth theme and each marketing campaign (order content and design department)
- Check status, process orders and customer complaints.
- Optimize shop indicators to reach the best level (response rate, cancellation rate, return rate...).
- Propose to participate in exclusive programs of the platform, sales promotion plans and implement business activities on e-commerce platforms;
- Synthesize, analyze, and report business results by program, week, and month.
- Other related tasks as assigned by management
Candidate requirements
- Graduated from College or University majoring in E-commerce, Marketing, or related majors.
- Experience in operations in the fields of mother and baby, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics is an advantage.
- Experience in search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM)
- Ready and eager to take on new challenges.
- Hardworking, progressive, able to withstand high pressure and desire to develop oneself for long-term commitment.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Proficient in e-commerce platform operating rules, capable of data analysis
Interest
- Income: Up to 15M/month (Can be higher depending on ability). Including: Fixed salary 08 - 12M (negotiable) + Performance salary + Commission + Other bonuses
- Lunch allowance: 30k/day
