- Perform the assigned work of the CNC Team Leader
- Arrange equipment and working position in the right place
- Read and understand drawings, processing technology
- Ensure the safest jigs, check the jigs, get the most accurate center
- Reduce machine downtime, prepare tools, machining programs, ensure CNC machine performance
- Manage and preserve tools and supplies assigned to the workplace, not to lose, use materials economically and efficiently
- Ensure labor safety, prevent fire and explosion in the area of responsibility.
- Timely recording and reporting problems during machine operation, technological processes with errors, simulating safe toolpath inspection
- Coordinate with the Team Leader to control risks and errors in the processing process
- Handing over work when changing shifts
- Responsible for sharing and helping each other in work
- Collaborate with Team Leader to improve work efficiency
- Implement 5S in management area
