Job description/Job description:
1 - Receive and hand over shifts. Manage production activities during shifts as required.
Receive/Hand-over operating shift. Management operating production as required
Start/stop plant.
Adjust operating plant as production's requirement.
Analyze storage tank, tanker, before/after transfer.
Transfer liquid gas to tankers.
Manage input, output of products on operating shift.
Manage tools and equipment for operating.
2 - Clean the assigned equipment area according to 5S standards
Clean up working space in accordance with 5S standard.
3 - Report work, report incidents to department heads, directors, make end-of-shift production reports.
Report work status to Plant Manager; Make product report at the end of operating shift.
4 - Coordinate with other departments to promptly fix problems.
Coordinate with other departments to fix emergency issues.
5 - Participate in training courses to improve expertise.
Join in training and coaching sessions/courses to improve expertise.
6 - Propose improvement measures to improve production efficiency
Propose ideas for improved production, cost saving.
7 - Perform other tasks assigned by the shift leader.
Perform other tasks assigned by Operating Shift Leader
Skill requirements :
Graduated from University/College/Intermediate School majoring in engineering, Electrical and automation
Bachelor/Intermediate degree of engineering, electricity, automation.
Minimum 1 year of experience in production operations.
Min 01-year experience in working with operator position.
Experience in operating ASU gas separation system
Have experience in air separation unit ASU.
