Job Description

JOB DETAILS
- Supervise screen printing activities, ensure on-time production and high quality.
- Manage and maintain screen printing equipment, troubleshoot technical problems.
- Monitor production schedules and workflows to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Coordinate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure accurate execution of customer designs and specifications.
- Maintain quality control standards, perform inspections to ensure product consistency.
- Train and lead a team of printing technicians, building a productive working environment.
- Sourcing materials and consumables, ensuring inventory levels meet operational needs.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, technological advances and best practices in screen printing.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
- Carry out tasks as directed by superiors.
