Job Description
A. CNC MACHINE PROGRAMMING AND OPERATION:
1. Receive drawings from the technical department.
2. Conduct inspection and drawing separation.
3. Use specialized software to program the processing of details according to technical requirements and ensure compliance with the technical parameters of the wood CNC machine.
B. PRODUCTION PROCESS CONTROL:
1. Provide processing drawings, instructions, and clear explanations to operators about technical requirements.
2. Coordinate with the team leader to monitor and control the processing process, ensuring that the processed parts meet the required quality and progress.
3. Timely edit programming drawings when errors are detected. Inform the Technical Department if the drawings are incorrect or missing for timely updates.
4. Calculate the processing time of the parts and send the information to the planning department.
D. OTHER WORK:
1. Proactively propose solutions to improve products, enhance productivity and work quality.
2. Participate in training courses to improve the skills of CNC programmers.
3. Prepare work reports as required and fully participate in department meetings.
4. Perform other tasks as required by superiors.
Candidate requirements
Experience > 1 year in programming CNC machines for the wood industry.
Read and understand technical production drawings, understand wood materials,
