- In order to meet the strong growth demand in the near future, KYNA FOR KIDS is looking for 01 Classroom Operations Staff (Thai).
*** JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receive information from Admissions Consultants, contact students in need to arrange a demo session with technical instructions and how to participate in classes - perform demos;
- Update information about class schedules, levels, and relevant notes on student profiles;
- Check the student's class schedule - set a lesson schedule with the teacher, arrange make-up lessons (if any);
- Upload documents and lesson plans;
- Create classes, upload necessary documents, remind teachers and students about class time;
- Monitor actual class developments, coordinate with relevant parties to handle technical issues, complaints and appeals that arise during the learning process - make daily class reports;
- Other tasks as requested by the Head of Department.
*** WORK TIME & LOCATION
- Time: flexible between shifts (according to the allocation and arrangement of the Department Head)
+ Shift B: 14h00;
+ Shift D: 8:00 a.m. * 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.; from Monday to Sunday, 06 days/week, any 01 day off in the week;
- Location: Office in Ho Chi Minh City: 3rd Floor, Bcons Building No. 4A/167A Nguyen Van Thuong Street, Ward 25, Binh Thanh, Ho Chi Minh.

- Fixed salary: from VND (According to CAPACITY AND EXPERIENCE) PLUS STUDENT CARE COMMISSION, TOTAL INCOME UP TO 13,000,000 VND;

- Graduated from College - University;
