Receive machining drawings and technology requirements from CNC programmers.
Carefully read the detailed technical specifications of the drawings and verify with the programmer if there are any unclear issues.
After reading and understanding the technical drawings, the operator proceeds to prepare tools: tools, jigs, processing details to serve the product processing process...
Ensure tools are prepared in sufficient quantity and meet necessary technical standards.
Install tools and tools on the processing machine according to the machine's technical standards.
Check the machining program and the dimensions of the details according to the drawing requirements.
Operate CNC machines and process details according to technical drawings.
Coordinate with programmers to control the machining process, ensuring that parts are machined according to requirements.
Record technical specifications and results on work sheets as required.
Coordinate with programmers to perform periodic maintenance of CNC machines and repair machines when damage is detected.
Proactively propose solutions to improve work efficiency.
Participate in training and professional improvement programs for CNC operators.
Attend all regular and extraordinary department meetings.
Perform other tasks when requested by superiors.
