    Job Description

    1. Temporary Residence registration:

    - Register temporary residence for tenants

    - Timely support, coordinate, and work with regional authorities when requested regarding guests' temporary residence documents

    2. Fire prevention and fighting:

    - Prepare documents related to fire prevention and fighting at courts and coordinate to work directly with the fire prevention and fighting police agency when there is an inspection.

    - Schedule periodic inspections of rescue equipment to ensure proper operation when an incident occurs

    - Advise and propose to management on fire prevention and fighting equipment and diplomatic expenses with management

    3. Support arising problems with other departments in building operations under management responsibility

    - Other tasks as assigned and directed by Management.
