Key Responsibilities/ Main Responsibilities:
1) Adhere with all HSE, GMP & GDP and HACCP requirements as stipulated in company procedures.
2) Control all processes to increase in line standard output rates. Control all processes to increase in line standard output rates.
3) Control & and operation of all machines and equipments .
4) Identification of & reporting process improvement .
5) To maintain 5S standards at all times to ensure a clean & safe working environment .
Other Responsibilities
1) To prepare on line samples in aseptically procedure for Quality assurance./ To prepare on line samples in aseptically procedure for Quality assurance.
2) To perform in Quality in line check .
3) Conducting & analyzing sugar particle size./ Conducting & analyzing sugar particle size.
4) Assist Engineering team to trouble shoot machines during downtime occurance.
5) Conducting daily REM filtration test to justify all foreign matters is within spec.
6) Perform other production related activities whenever required./ Perform other production related activities whenever required.
