- Job details:
- Process transactions as assigned by the Head of Department:
- Receive, process, and respond to files and lists of partner transactions as assigned by the Head of Department.
- Contact point for operational support of the team of Sales Representatives/Sales Support Staff for home payment services.
- Allocate payment files to Sales Support Staff/Payment Partners.
- Process adjustments, cancellations, and transfers of files on the system.
- Create a list of payment requests for Collaborators/Sales Support Staff.
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints within the scope of authority assigned by the Head of Department.
- Prepare end-of-day payment reports as assigned by the Department Head.
- Ensuring service quality and reporting:
- Providing and responding to information requests from customers and partners.
- Identifying and addressing risks in home payment operations.
- The point of contact for guiding and supporting Collaborators/Housing Support Staff in complying with the Company's procedures, regulations, and operational guidelines.
- The point of contact receives the original receipt from the Collaborator/Sales Support Staff, checks, controls, and stores the receipt in accordance with regulations.
- Compile statistics and reports on the daily tracking of advances received by collaborators.
- Prepare reports on payment status and suspected risks for the Head of Department.
- Job requirements:
- Level:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in economics, finance, or a related field.
- Foreign language proficiency: English certificate level B (or equivalent) or higher.
- Computer skills: proficient in the Office 365 suite.
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the finance or banking sector.
- Knowledge:
- Possesses expertise in remittance services.
- Possesses knowledge of remittance payment procedures and knowledge of the domestic geographical area and remittance network.
- Possess the knowledge to identify operational risks and comply with established operational risk control measures.
- Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of AI applications, automation, macros, and data analysis.
