Job description:
- Track the status of delivered, in progress or not delivered. Actively work with the customer's phone number and the delivery postman. Request the delivery unit to deliver according to the unit's request.
- Actively follow up on orders to deliver on time as required by the Customer.
- Handle complaints and customer issues that need support
- Control daily, weekly and monthly return rates.
- Control the quality of goods at the factory
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
- Work in office and factory
- Always have support and companionship
Job requirements:
- No degree required, experience is an advantage
- Hardworking, agile
- Have laptop
- Work seriously, be responsible for your workplace and your work
- Have a progressive spirit, can withstand work pressure
- Good problem solving and negotiation skills
