Job Description

I. JOB CONTENT:

Work with the Japanese sales department, receive and deploy recruitment applications, and search for Tokutei candidates in the restaurant and food industry according to plan.
Evaluate, screen and select suitable candidates for the application.
Grasp the needs of the application and advise candidates on suitable applications in terms of aspirations, health, experience, capacity, etc.
Monitor, support interview training planning and notify candidates of interview schedules.
Store application forms and related records as required.
Monitor and reach out to candidates regularly to advise and answer questions promptly.
Manage and update the status of candidates who passed and failed the interview.
Synthesize and report on application status and current number of candidates. Propose solutions (if any).
Perform other tasks as directed by superiors.

II. REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in consulting and recruiting overseas workers is an advantage; or related fields such as: headhunt, sales, customer service,... Candidates without experience will be trained.
Quick, hard-working, flexible, know how to listen and accept opinions, can withstand high pressure, good communication
Love consulting and recruiting work
Basic office computer skills
Foreign language: confident Japanese communication (from N3 or higher).

III. BENEFITS:

Salary: From 12 ~ 17 million (depending on experience and ability)
Probation: 60 days, full 100% salary
13th month salary bonus
Teamwork allowance 300k/month
Meal allowance at company restaurant 500k/month (Unatoto eel rice restaurant)
Salary Review 2 times a year in June and December
