RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
Job Description
- Develop recruitment plan: Analyze human resource needs, plan and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Candidate sourcing and screening: Use online and traditional recruitment channels to source and attract potential candidates.
- Interview and assessment: Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on predetermined criteria, ensuring the recruitment process is fair and effective.
- Candidate profile management: Store and update candidate profile information, track recruitment progress.
- Build and manage employer branding on platforms
- Directly participate in interviews with managers to decide on selecting suitable candidates for each position.
- Other tasks as directed and guided by direct manager.
Candidate requirements
- Have personal computer
- Graduated from college/university in human resources, law, human resource management, business administration,...
- Minimum 02 years experience in recruitment.
- Have a proactive and progressive spirit.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
