1. Recruitment and training:
- Support in the recruitment process: posting job ads, searching for candidates, screening applications, arranging interviews.
- Participate in building training and employee development programs.
- Organize preliminary selection (in person and by phone) for recruitment positions.
-Schedule interviews and notify interview schedules to candidates.
- Participate in interviewing, evaluating, consulting, and selecting candidates for assigned positions.
- Coordinate with relevant departments in monitoring and evaluating new employee capacity during probation period.
2. Internal communication:
- Develop a communication plan that meets the requirements of building corporate culture, and provide communication guidance to increase pride and enhance knowledge about brand recognition and development for employees.
- Develop ideas to build and organize internal events and internal group activities to create cohesion among staff, to enhance cohesion among employees.
