1. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Make recruitment plan for projects.
- Deploy recruitment postings on recruitment channels, forums, social networks...
- Receive and screen candidate applications
- Participate in the interview process to evaluate and select suitable candidates.
- Propose changes to appropriate human resource recruitment policies.
- Maintain and develop database of potential candidates.

2. REQUIREMENTS
