    Job Description

    Job description:

    • Receive customer requests, book itineraries, quote prices, ticket conditions, and airline regulations for customers.
    • Make reservations, track ticket issuance deadlines, and track customer flight status.
    • Responsible for bookings
    • Handle customer requests related to reservations and support services such as online check-in, baggage, ticket change support, and ticket refunds
    • Receive calls or emails from customers to advise and answer customers' questions when they need air tickets.
    • Update the airline's ticket pricing policies and new routes to advise and set up itineraries according to customer requests

    Request:

    • Have experience in booking international air tickets
    • Candidates must know how to use the GDS system (especially the Amadeus system (1A))
    • Computer: know how to use office computers (Word, Excel)

    Right:

    • Opportunity for quick advancement if qualifications are met.
    • High income (including salary + KPI bonus), Hard salary: 8-11 million + KPI
    • Fully participate in social insurance and health insurance regimes according to the Labor Code
