Job Description

- Gọi điện thoại tư vấn khách hàng các sản phẩm vay tín dụng dựa trên nguồn danh sách có sẵn do ngân hàng cung cấp.

- Danh sách khách hàng đã được chọn lọc ban đầu và có khả năng đáp ứng dịch vụ của Shinhan Bank.Theo đó, nhân viên tư vấn sẽ được hỗ trợ phần lớn về nguồn khách hàng, và không phải đi lại bên ngoài để gặp gỡ, tư vấn khách hàng trực tiếp.

- Xây dựng & phát triển danh sách khách hàng tiềm năng

- Đảm bảo đúng các quy định về chất lượng dịch vụ & chính sách sản phẩm của Ngân hàng

- Thực hiện các báo cáo liên quan đến công việc

- Chi tiết về công việc sẽ được trao đổi trực tiếp tại buổi phỏng vấn
