Job Description:
- Call customers to introduce and advise them about Focus Learning courses.
- Answer customer questions about training programs.
- Support customers in taking placement tests and enrolling in study programs at the center.
- Care and support students throughout their time at the center.
- Record, process and report to direct management about incidents related to students/parents.
- Other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job requirements:
- Male/Female, College graduate or higher, new graduate.
- Have experience in consulting, customer service, telesales in the education field for at least 6 months or more.
- Ability to work independently to complete assigned work targets.
- English communication skills are an advantage.
- Have communication and persuasion skills.
- Enthusiastic and energetic.
- Working form: Full-time, rotating shifts, working 5.5 days/week.
Work location: Centers in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang City
