Job Description

Consulting, introducing products, closing orders, customer care
Use sales channels such as FB, Tiktok, e-commerce platforms, consult products for customers, discuss and convince, close orders with customers.
Responsible for orders, product quality, services, proactively contact and inquire about customers
Coordinate with the shipping department to quickly resolve problems and incidents that arise during delivery.
Take care of old customers, create an ecosystem of potential customer files
Coordinate with the Marketing department to plan and organize business and advertising campaigns for the company: Launch new products, sale page programs, livestreams...
Other tasks as required by superiors
