    Job Description

    Job Description
    • Consulting on financial services suitable for customer needs: credit cards & loan packages (cash, installments,...) at Home Credit's partner stores
    • Answer customer questions about the company's products and services
    • Find new customers who need to use the service
    • Take care of old customers based on data provided by the company
    • Go to the market to support customers to complete contracts (if needed)
    • Report cases of customer fraud (if any)
    • Working hours: depending on the area (details discussed during interview)
    • Receive paid training before starting work

    Candidate requirements
    • 20 years of age or older, with a diploma.
    • Communicate fluently and confidently
    • Have a good voice
    • Eager to learn, good listener
    • Have a progressive spirit to develop your career
    • Open opportunities for people with disabilities, light mobility, hearing, speaking, reading, seeing, and using office software.
