JOB DUTIES - Actively approach customers and introduce Mirae Asset's services.
- Collect customer information.
- Advising customers during product selection and payment methods.
- Answer customers' questions related to Mirae Asset's services in accordance with the company's policy.
- Consulting and contract signing
- Advising on correct installment purchase procedures and persuading customers to use Mirae Asset's services.
- Guide customers to provide documents and follow procedures as prescribed.
- Collect all necessary information of customers to enter data into the system.
- Follow up the appraisal of dossiers of the appraisal department.
- Inform customers of appraisal results (if necessary).
- Guide customers to make contracts.
- Provide information to customers about payment methods and locations.
- Carefully check all the necessary documents before transferring to the relevant department and before delivering the product to the customer.
- Manage the equipment and supplies at the POS and keep a good relationship with the agent.
- Manage and store all company assets and equipment at POS.
- Proactively solve and promptly notify management of arising problems.
- Organize documents, desks, printers, stationery and keep the work area neat, tidy and clean.
- Maintain a good relationship with the agent as well as its employee(s).
Working location: in electronics / motorbike stores in the area that are partners of Mirae Asset in provinces and cities nationwide
JOB REQUIREMENTS - Male / Female, from age.
- High school graduate or higher.
- Balanced appearance, good-looking.
- Experience:
+ Preferably with working experience in finance / installment, sales, sales, marketing, marketing, customer care...
- Skill:
+ Good communication and persuasion skills.
+ Sales & customer service skills.
+ Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
+ Problem solving skills.
+ Ability to work under high pressure.
- Working time: Working 8 hours/day, 1 hour break in between shifts, flexible shift rotation.
