- Working at: Au Viet American International English Center
- Receive, search and advise customers on programs and learning routes suitable to customers' requirements through channels: Directly at the counter, phone, online (FB, zalo, email).
- Study counseling and care for re-enrolled students.
- Organize the class placement exam, examine the exam, score and coordinate the students to take the exam.
- Guide procedures and receive registration for international exams.
- Exploiting, taking care of new students and maintaining and developing relationships with old students.
- Take pictures of classes, club activities and write articles on the Center's Fanpage
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.

- Graduated with a bachelor's degree in English, English language, English Pedagogy
- Good, standard phonetics
- Dedicated to the profession, good communication, enthusiastic about the job
