Job Description:
- Participate in managing, monitoring progress, quality and cost of construction investment projects.
- Consulting investors in the stages: project establishment, design, contractor selection, construction, acceptance and settlement.
- Check and evaluate design documents, volume, estimates, contracts...
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and management agencies to ensure project implementation in accordance with legal regulations.
- Drafting documents, progress reports, payment and settlement records.
- Other project management consulting work as required.
Request:
- University degree in civil engineering, transportation, infrastructure, construction economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years experience in project management, supervision consulting or equivalent.
- Understand legal regulations on construction investment, cost management, and contracts.
- Priority is given to candidates with a certificate of practice in project management consulting (if any).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Word, Excel; priority given to those who know how to use project management software (Project, Gantt, PMIS).
- Good communication, planning and teamwork skills.
