JOB DESCRIPTION
• Search and approach potential customers on social networks (chat + livestream platform) such as Tinder, Bigo, Facebook, Instagram,...
• Consulting, guiding and closing online customers to use the product.
• Contact, cooperate with other departments to maintain customer data.
• Care and maintain relationships with old customers.
• Provide a great application user experience for online customers.
• Cooperate with domestic and foreign Idols and Kols to take care of existing customers and navigated customers.
Work online directly at the office on social networking sites via chat, no phone calls
• Other tasks as directed by superiors
