    Job Description

    • New Customer Guidance and Consulting: Introduce the gym's operating procedures, accompanying amenities, membership benefits, as well as basic and premium service packages.
    • Actively search for potential customers: Exploit data sources provided by the company and other proactive channels such as distributing flyers, promoting on social networking platforms, taking advantage of relationships from old customers,
    • Ensure sales targets are met: Work closely with the Personal Trainer (PT) team to build customer engagement, drive sales of training packages, add-on services, and enhance member experience.
    • Customer tracking and care: Manage customer information and status (package duration, consultation status, customers under consideration, needing further care, etc.), and proactively report to the Manager for maximum support in closing effective deals.
