1. JOB DESCRIPTION
· Call support to advise customers about the company's programs according to the list of available data (provided by the company)
· Enter and process customer data information on the company's system
· Answer questions and convince customers to invest by phone, zalo, sms, email....
· Working during office hours at the office, not going to the market
· Perform other tasks when requested by superiors.
· Working Area : District 2, Binh Thanh, Thu Duc
Working time : Monday to Friday lunch break from 12h-13h30
2. REQUEST
· High school graduate or above, 18 - 28 years old
· Clear voice, ability to handle situations
· NO experience required as you will be trained on the job
· Experience in Consulting, Customer Care is an advantage.
