JOB REQUIREMENTS
1 Achieve the company's sales target
2 Exploiting new customers by expanding markets and developing new distribution channels and partners in the region
3 Ensure sales relationships with suppliers and companies that supply kitchen furniture, wardrobes, interior design companies, architects, furniture suppliers, suppliers wine.
4 Ensure distributor relationship in the same industry
5 Know well about high-class kitchen furniture and wardrobe products to present and advise customers
6 Understanding the partner market in the same industry as kitchen furniture, high-end wardrobes (Poggenpohl.. etc), understanding the partner markets in the same refrigeration industry (Bosch, Miele.. etc.)
7 Know and firmly grasp the requirements and aesthetics, the quality of the high-class lifestyle, furniture products, kitchen furniture, high-class wardrobe
8 Make weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly reports
9 Monitoring and implementing debt recovery on time and on schedule
LANGUAGE SKILL REQUIRED
1 Selling skills, grasping needs and giving advice to customers
2 Preferably with sales experience in the same industry, no training experience
3 There have been certain achievements in the previous company in the field of sales
4 Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
5 Quick and responsive handling of situations
6 Can work independently
7 Good teamwork
Read and understand English documents, can communicate in English is an advantage
9 Proficient in office computers: Word, Excel, Power Point
10 Know how to draft Contracts, Quotations, Warranty and related documents
