2. Job Description
- Make a business plan for the project where it is in charge (Northern region, Central region);
- Search and expand the market;
- Searching for potential customers, building customer database, projects;
- Follow up, care and support problems for customers;
- Negotiate, negotiate with guests, draft contracts and sign all contracts with guests in accordance with the Company's policy;
- Coordinating with the Departments/Departments in the Company to comply with the schedule of the contract for the customer;
- Receive & handle customer complaints;
- Monitor the contract liquidation process, support the accounting department to urge the debt;
- Implement the strategy of building and developing the products in charge;
- Report work, business situation monthly/quarterly/yearly to superiors.
3. Request
- Graduated from Intermediate level or higher in Business Administration, Tourism, Restaurant, Hotel, Commerce, English Language
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, having worked in the field of Restaurant, Hotel is an advantage
- Know how to use basic foreign languages: Listening, speaking, reading, writing
- Have a passion for business, a high sense of responsibility and initiative in work
- Good verbal and communication skills
- Ability to consult, persuade, expand relationships
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Team management skills
