    Job Description

    - Job details:

    • Providing advice and recommendations on suitable English courses (telesales + in-person at the center).
    • Providing care, support, and answering customer inquiries.
    • Participate in branch events and programs to find students.
    • Ensure sales targets are met, develop new customers, and retain existing customers.
    • Update and report customer data.
    • Perform administrative tasks as assigned.

    - Job requirements:

    • Minimum 6 months of experience required (consulting/sales experience is an advantage).
    • Graduated from college/university (related fields).
    • Excellent communication skills, pleasant speaking voice, and strong sales and customer service abilities.
    • Able to handle sales pressure, enjoys the educational environment.
    • Working independently and as part of a team are both fine.
    • Opening hours: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
    • Location: 70 Nguyen Vinh Bao Street, Trung Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi.

    - Benefits received:

    • Base salary: Up to 10 million VND (depending on experience) + performance bonus up to 5% => Income up to 15-20 million VND/month.
