Job Description

work content
- Guiding and answering questions from customers and students about study programs;
- Counseling and orientation to help students choose; register to participate in courses suitable to the needs and entry level of students;
- Search and build customer data files;
- Perform customer care, build trust and support existing students to increase the number of new students through referral and re-enrollment channels;
- Ensure to provide the best quality of service to students;
- Report to the direct manager on the results and coordinate with the manager to handle problems arising at work;
- Support other departments when needed.
