• Search, develop and maintain a network of potential customers and partners in many fields (directly or indirectly).
• Introducing and consulting training solutions for individuals & businesses
• Follow up & take care of customers throughout the process before - during & after training (analyzing training needs, writing proposals, making contracts, liquidating contracts...)
• Resolve customer problems and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and trust in accordance with the correct process.
• Design, organize customer care & nurturing activities
• Planning sales by month/quarter/year
• Report directly to CEO
