Job Description

Call to introduce and advise customers on auto and motorbike insurance products over the phone based on the company's available data source.
Support customers in the process of purchasing auto and motorbike insurance and making insurance claims.
Manage, care for and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Update customer information to the company's management system.
Perform other duties as required by management.

Job requirements:

Experience in sales, insurance/financial consulting, customer care is an advantage.
Good communication, confident.
Hardworking, diligent, responsible for work.
A clear, expressive voice is an advantage.
