    Job Description

    - Job details:

    • Verify customer information at the showroom; guide them through the contract signing process and complete the handover of the phone/product to the customer.
    • We enthusiastically welcome, advise, and assist customers throughout the checkout process, providing a friendly and professional shopping experience.
    • Complete the registration process and maintain complete and accurate records as required.
    • Collect and record customer feedback regarding the contract signing and handover process.
    • Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve any issues that arise and ensure the process runs smoothly.
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Showroom Manager.

    - Job requirements:

    • High school graduate, 18 years old or older.
    • Experience in customer service/sales is preferred.
    • Thorough understanding and proficiency in company procedures and regulations, with the ability to provide professional and standardized services to customers.
    • Skills: excellent communication skills, quick problem-solving abilities, customer service mindset.
    • Personality traits: hardworking, eager to learn, patient, friendly, responsible.
