Job Description

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

Guide customers on the process and documents needed to prepare to travel and settle in the US.
Prepare English documents for customers such as timelines, letters of testimony, and submission letters.

=> No experience required in traveling or settling in the US, will be trained by the Company during the working process.

Support the team and take responsibility for assigned tasks
Other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education level: College or higher
Experience in customer care in the service industry: 6 months or more
English: reading and writing skills (preferred)
Computer: know how to use office computers (Word, Excel)
