MAIN TASKS / ROLE PURPOSE |
Sale: (customer care and new registration rate).
- Advise on programs and provide appropriate personal roadmaps for each student.
- Based on the customer data source provided by the center to advise, monitor and complete registration procedures for appropriate study programs at DES.
- Take care of potential customers
- Complete KPI Targets and admin tasks assigned by Direct Manager
- Develop weekly and monthly Action plans to proactively complete assigned weekly and monthly targets.
- Take care of students to ensure the rate of students re-enrolling in the course.
- Telesales Data
- Report results and work situation daily, weekly and monthly according to line manager's regulations.
Care & Referral: (student experience and re-registration rate)
- Take care of current students to ensure satisfaction with their experience at DES and increase the re-enrollment rate.
- Increase Referral activities from students' relatives and friends.
- Participate in organizing activities in the center to connect students at DES.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS |
- Graduated from high school, college, university.
- Minimum 01 - 02 years of experience in consulting, customer care or telesales.
- Priority is given to having consulted on English communication or IELTS programs. Priority was once a Best Seller. - Experience in consulting, customer care or telesales.
- Work in 8-hour shifts (9:00 am - 6:00 am; 10:00 am - 7:00 pm, 11:00 am - 8:00 pm, 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm) arranged weekly by Manager.
- Know how to persuade, know how to convey information correctly, sufficiently and effectively
- High consulting, negotiation and customer persuasion skills
- Ability to work under high pressure, adapt quickly.
- Discipline and cooperative working spirit to achieve sales targets
- Standard pronunciation, easy to hear, attractive voice.
