Job description:

Consulting customers over the phone, arranging trial lessons in accordance with customer needs
Sell study packages that suit the needs of customers
Manage customer inquiries via phone and email
Coordinating class opening and class scheduling
Perform duties assigned by the Manager
Support other Schola employees as needed

Experience required:

High school graduate, Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Have a personal laptop
Have 6 months of work experience. Experience in customer contact in the education and/or service industries is preferred. If you have no experience, do not hesitate to apply if you are smart, agile and willing to learn
Always put the customer at the center. Love business; not afraid to take risks; don't be afraid to be rejected
Good oral and written communication skills
Good organization skills with effective time management skills
High teamwork spirit and determination to achieve sales goals
Able to adapt in a fast and dynamic working environment
High professional ethics and professional working style

Right:

Hard salary 7-10 million VND + commission (negotiable). Total income from 20 million or more according to your capacity
2 months probation with 100% salary
There is a roadmap to become Leader after 3-6 months
Pay social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance according to regulations
