I. Job description:
- Consulting, introducing and answering questions about PANTADO products for new customers over the phone;
- Provide guidance on preferential policies and registration procedures for new or subsequent courses to customers;
- Follow closely the sales revenue situation to ensure achievement of assigned revenue and KPIs;
- Monitor contract signing and debt collection from customers;
- Receive feedback/complaints for processing or reporting to relevant departments;
- Coordinate preparation for demo classes, update and notify test results to students/customers.
- Coordinate the organization of events, activities to attract customers and assigned management tasks;
II. Job requirements:
- College graduate (or higher) in economics or customer service;
- Have at least 6 months of experience in sales consulting, telesales, or online products;
- Loves business, has a customer service mindset, confidently introduces and advises products;
- Good communication skills, agile, good-looking, easy-to-listen voice;
- Have a personal laptop, webcam and mic that work well.
III. Right:
