Job description

• Receive information from customers who need advice on studying abroad to advise and close sales.

• Consulting on major information from the school, visa policy from the consulate, policies for students in the country studying abroad.

• Guide customers to prepare necessary documents before studying abroad. • Write articles introducing the school and studying abroad information as assigned by superiors.

• Customer care support during the application process and after studying abroad.

• Search, exploit and develop a network of potential customers studying abroad

• Support members of the document processing team to prepare documents and guide procedures for customers.

Candidate requirements

• Have 6 months - 1 year of consulting experience or more

• Use basic English

• Priority is given to having experience in consulting and processing travel and study abroad applications

• Love working in the field of study abroad, interacting with students,...

• Good communication skills, high persuasive ability, quick information processing, able to travel domestically and internationally, always listen to customer calls
