MTCV:
- Receive customer data according to the available list from the cooperative's system and call to remind customers to continue using the service.
- Consulting and customer care about the products and services of the Cooperative.
- Support customers to check and register for services of the cooperative.
- Hotline/Receive calls and messages from customers to answer questions and support customer complaints about the products and services of the Cooperative.
- Manage, care for and maintain long-term relationships with customers on zalo page, zalo OA, web, etc.
- Coordinate work with other departments to ensure service processes are carried out in accordance with regulations.
- Perform other tasks as required by Management.
- Monthly work report.
