Job Description

Calling potential customers according to available data to introduce the company's import-export and order-ordering services; consulting, negotiating, negotiating for the purpose of persuading customers to order through services for the company
Guide customers to create accounts, install ordering tools, sourcing goods and using the system.
Answer questions and problems for customers about the company's products/services
Find out information and needs of customers to order and ship goods by phone
Manage customer information and constantly update it on the database system
Building relationships with customers based on focus on customer needs and wants
Support to take care of orders, handle customer complaints
Collaborate with staff from other departments to achieve business goals
Report to superiors on work progress and results
Job requirements:
- Age: 21 - 30 years old
- Qualification: College graduate or higher, majors in economics, e-commerce, transportation, logistics, import and export
- Skilled in using internet browsers
- Have experience in telesale/customer care… be confident when communicating with customers by phone or in person
- Good communication and persuasion skills, pleasant voice, progressive spirit, under pressure at work
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms, ordering, ordering or Import-Export services
- Accepting students of related fields who have just graduated from school but have completed all graduation requirements, without any problems with their studies.
- Equip your own personal computer.
