- Receive & answer, consult products, support information for customers via hotline/online/
- Make customer calls according to the Company's strategy; receive and answer incoming calls.
- Report and perform work according to company rules and regulations on the general work page and software.
- Carry out assigned tasks arranged by the management and team leader
- Working hours: 8:15 am - 5:30 pm - Monday - Sunday (4 days off / month according to personal schedule)
- Priority given to those with experience in customer care/sales/telesale/sales staff/sales staff
- Honest, careful, and highly responsible in work
- Have personal laptop for work
1. SALARY AND BONUS
- Basic salary from 6,000,000 - 8,500,000 million/month + Allowance + Bonus + % of sales
