Job Description

JOB DUTIES

Product and service consulting:
- Greet customers as they enter the store, listen and determine their needs.
- Provide detailed information about product features, uses, and benefits and answer any customer questions.
- Reply to messages from fanpage, tiktok, zalo OA
Sales and customer service:
- Perform sales transactions, including checking out products, processing payments, and printing invoices.
- Support customers during product usage, resolve arising problems and handle complaints quickly and professionally.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers, while developing new customers through customer care programs.
Product and display management:
- Ensure products are displayed neatly, cleanly, and easily accessible to customers.
- Check and replenish goods promptly, ensure there is no shortage of goods in stock.
Participate in training and skill development:
- Participate in product training courses, sales skills and customer service organized by the company.
- Stay informed about new products, market trends and car care techniques.
Ensure hygiene and safety in the store:
- Maintain general cleanliness of work area and product display area.
- Comply with occupational safety regulations, ensuring a safe working space for yourself and customers.

REQUEST:

EXPERIENCED IN SALES CONSULTING, consulting on services and products.
Quick, good communication.
Can work from 8:00-18:00, 1 hour lunch break, 4 days off per month.
Receive regular training to improve sales skills, attractive commissions.
Provided with quality customer data from the Marketing department
