Job Description

- Job details:

Proactively approach customers, invite them to try the product (sampling), advise them on promotions, and close the sale.
Conduct inventory checks at the beginning of each shift, display goods according to the planogram, clean shelves and counters, and monitor expiration dates.
Strict adherence to dress code, uniform, and working hours is required.
Gather customer feedback and competitor information.

- Job requirements:

Experience: No experience required (training will be provided).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate with warehouse/supermarket staff.
Having a numerical mindset (for reading inventory/sales reports).
Highly disciplined, honest, and capable of leading a team.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience and basic conversational English.
Candidates can choose between full-time or part-time work and work location:
- Phu Quoc:
  - TR MALL Shopping Center, Sonasea, Bai Truong, Duong To, Phu Quoc
  - Vietnam Select at Sunset Town, An Thoi, Phu Quoc
- Ho Chi Minh City:
  - Lotte Mart, 469 Nguyen Huu Tho Street, Tan Hung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
  - Vincom Center Landmark 81, 772 Dien Bien Phu Street, Ward 22, Thanh My Tay District, Ho Chi Minh City
- Da Nang:
  - Vincom Plaza Shopping Center, 910A Ngo Quyen Street, An Hai Ward, Da Nang
