I. JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales staff are responsible for consulting, introducing and selling products directly at the store. Understand customer psychology and needs to create the best shopping experience, while ensuring sales according to set targets.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consulting and direct sales at the store
- Take care of product display space
- Track goods, periodic inventory
- Support customers in the process of decorating and packaging gifts
- Handling situations that arise during work shifts
III. REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Experience: 1-2 years in retail/gift field (preferred)
- Education: College/University graduate
- Expertise:
- Knowledge of pearls, ceramics, herbs (trained)
- Sales and customer care skills
- Ability to decorate and package gifts
- Soft skills:
- Good communication, friendly
- Meticulous, attentive in work
- Enthusiastic, responsible
- Ability to work shifts
