- Implement sales plan by route, region
- Achieve monthly KPIs.
- Report and be under the management and supervision of Leader and Sales Manager
- Support distributors, stores, points of consumption, debt management.
- Coordinate with Marketing department, implement sales plan, promotion programs.
Area of business activities:
- Supplying construction equipment, auxiliary materials for works, shops, contractors, retail customers, ...
Job requirements
- Intermediate or higher graduation.
- Experience from 6 months - 1 year in sales / sales positions.
- Basic office computer skills.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Have a motorbike and laptop
- Have a sense of responsibility, honesty, diligence.
Right
- Basic salary: negotiable according to capacity (from 7 to 10 million + Bonus ++).
- Bonus for achieving monthly and quarterly KPI, enjoying 1% revenue commission
