- Set goals, make plans, to complete set targets
- Take care of data sources from marketing and available sources of the organization
- Actively seek and approach potential customers who intend/desire to study abroad, export labor to learn the foreign language "German".
- Consulting and supporting customers in choosing schools and majors according to the student's learning goals and financial conditions.
- Support other departments of the Organization in marketing, image promotion and service advertising to customers.
- Coordinate to organize seminars and events for Study Abroad/Labor Export
- Customer care support during the application process and after studying abroad
- Coordinate with other departments to perform related tasks and other tasks as requested by superiors.
- Answer customer questions when necessary
- Proactively learn and update information about the international settlement market from competitors and relevant organizations
- Coordinate with team members to build the company's image by filming/editing clips to share knowledge on media (fanpage, tiktok, youtube, zalo)
- Coordinate closely with visa application processing specialists to complete documents for customers
- Periodically report work performance results
