JOB DESCRIPTION
* Internal communication (70% of work)
- Develop a content plan for articles according to topics for each week/month/quarter/year. Responsible for content on internal communication channels such as: Internal message boards, social network accounts, email...
- Update news on business activities - life of employees in a timely manner through internal information channels (Email, FB, newspapers, website ...)
- Responsible for planning and implementing movements and events to increase internal cohesion and develop company culture.
- Responsible for publishing internal media publications such as magazines, video clips, radio newsletters, etc.
- Connecting departments and units to contribute and carry out internal communication activities and events.
- Content management of internal communication channels such as newsletter, FB group, email, ..
- Participate in the creation of ideas for internal programs, activities and movements, towards effective communication according to each corporate culture development goal of the company.
- Organize surveys and measure employee satisfaction
* Internal training (20% of the job)
- Implement the introduction, training and integration of new personnel (Corporate office block)
- Other tasks assigned by the Head of Department
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduating from college or higher;
- At least 2 years of experience in organizing internal events and movements.
- Capable of filming and taking pictures; Edit images with tools like Photoshop,...
- Ability to create videos, write content.
- The ability to connect and promote people well;
- Proactive, enthusiastic, open and friendly at work.
- Ability to be creative, have many ideas for organizing programs and events.
