Job Description

JOB DUTIES

Live Fanpage, website, available data, data from mailbox, via SMS for customer needs.
Finalize customer information (Full name, phone number, service, location...) on Pancake software (Data available).
Search and exploit customer information on information media.
Regularly update policies on products and services to customers. Answer customers' questions about programs and products.
Regularly take care of and survey customers about the quality of products and services provided.
Support Customers in using products and services at the Facility.
Manage and update customer data.
Support direct management in interpretation and communication.
Other tasks as assigned by Direct Manager.
