- Job details:
- Receive and listen to customer feedback and needs via messages on fan pages, Facebook, or directly over the phone.
- Maintain relationships with existing company customers through Zalo messaging and Official Account (OA) platforms, updating and tracking customer profiles and feedback.
- Provide consultation via Pancake to customers about the company's products: product information (new products, existing products, promotions, special offers for customers to encourage purchases).
- Answering customer inquiries and complaints regarding the company's products, services, etc., upon customer request.
- Compile customer complaints and submit a report to your direct manager along with proposed solutions.
- Job requirements:
- Male/female aged 20 to 35. High school diploma or higher, with a passion for sales consulting.
- No experience required.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in fast-moving consumer goods, retail, pharmaceutical, or mother and baby food companies.
- Possesses a spirit of eagerness to learn, a desire for self-improvement, perseverance, and diligence.
Excellent communication skills, ability to understand customer psychology, and problem-solving skills.
- Benefits received:
- Income: 10-20 million VND (Basic salary + Sales commission + Sales bonus + Other bonuses)
(Including: Fixed salary during probation: 5.3 million VND, fixed salary after probation: 5.6 million VND. Fixed salary is not dependent on sales.)
